How the Application Process Works
Tell us about your passion, your motivation but also about your skills, tools, frameworks and projects that you have previously worked on.
Based on your relevant practical experience, we will invite you to a first interview to get to know you better and check if there is a cultural fit.
Talent Pool: If it’s a match for both sides, you will become part of our Talent Pool. You now have full access to our internal platform and we can find and approach you for suitable project roles which fit to your skills and expectation.
We assess your competences based on various aspects. Together with our specialists and depending on the role you are applying for, we may test technical development expertise, sales & marketing skills, innovation strategies and your approach to our reference project analysis.
Talent Pool: Ready to work on your first Motius project? If you have mastered the technical assessment in your interview for one of our projects, we set up your onboarding & first project kick-off.
Experience Day & Decision
In the final step for our permanent positions at Motius you meet your future colleagues and get a feeling for your future workplace. Additionally, you will get a task to work on during the day. Is it a match?
